What your health means to you?
Health is very important, but like most people, I do struggle to fit it all in. I know that you must focus on staying healthy in order to give your fullest in both your professional and personal life.
What steps you take to stay healthy?
I eat relatively healthily, with a fairly balanced diet.
I also enter myself into running “races” and this forces me to go for a few runs each week too. I aim for around 10km or more of running per week.
I find exercising invigorates me – otherwise I feel lethargic.
What healthy routines you have in your life?
I try walk for around 1 hour per day – 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night. I’ve recently started using a standing desk, which also helps to get some mobility while at work.
Any suggestions you want to share about health and wellbeing.
Prioritise it. Make sure you put things in place that get you out of bed early enough to go for that run/walk/exercise and remember that making these tough choices gives you energy!
