What your health means to you?
As I get older my health means more to me now than when I was younger. Being healthy and trying to stay healthy is part of my daily ritual, I also believe being healthy helps with my general wellbeing and work ethic.
What steps you take to stay healthy?
I don’t get stressed anymore, I learned that quite a while ago “stress can be a killer”. I get plenty of sleep, I like to have at least 8hrs, eating well and drinking less is also now part of my plan. I get a regular check up with the doctor just to ensure I am ok.
What healthy routines you have in your life?
- Porridge every morning for breakfast
- Monthly visit to a chiropractor
- 3 times a week doing yoga exercises
- Stop doing what I am doing if I feel stressed
