From 6.30pm, enjoy drinks and nibbles in the sun and shade of the Millennium Hotel courtyard garden. A buffet meal will be served in the spacious ground floor restaurant at 7.30pm, followed by entertainment.

Situated at the foot of the magic Remarkables mountains, The Barn at Moonlight Country is the perfect place for the Southern Man and Southern Belle to dance away the evening. The food will have a taste of the Southern mountains... the wine and beer will have the Southern air imbued in every drop. From 6.30pm, participants and partners will meet for pre-dinner cocktails in the ground-floor house bar and restaurant. The formal dinner will be served in the gracious setting of the Galaxy Room on the fifth floor of the Millennium Hotel. Black ties and dancing shoes required, as the entertainment this evening will be a mixture of celebration, recognition and rewards, with a chance to trip the light fantastic.

A glorious opportunity to discover some off-the-beaten-track vineyards and enjoy their beautiful garden settings. We will visit vineyards in the Gibbston Valley and the Bannockburn Region. Take time to enjoy the wine, food and spectacular scenery of Central Otago. Appellation Central Wine Tours will be our guides.

| 12.00pm | Old Cromwell Town – Stroll through the old town and visit some of the region's artists on the way. |
| 12.45pm | Northburn Station (pictured above) – Wine tasting at one of the newer vineyards in the region, once a merino sheep station and now also an award-winning wine producer. |
| 1.15pm | Northburn Station, The Shed – Share a delicious winery platter lunch, followed by tea, coffee and a home-baked sweet. |
| 3.00pm (approx) | Guests will be dropped back at the Millennium Hotel. |

| 9.30am | Depart Millennium Hotel by bus for the Skyline Gondola – Ride the gondola to the top (Skyline bar pictured above) to view the activity of the luge, skydivers and bungy jumpers. We will enjoy a beautiful, private morning tea in the restaurant overlooking the west arm of Lake Wakatipu and central Queenstown. |
| 11.00am | Time to do a few luge runs or take a walk up to the paraglide platform, then return on the gondola to town via some specialty shops. |
| 12.00pm | Meet at the waterfront Bathhouse Tapas Bar and Restaurant for lunch and a glass of Central Otago wine. |
