Making a complaint

Got a problem with plumbing, gasfitting or drainlaying work carried out by a Master Plumbers member?

The first thing to do if you have a concern is to discuss it with the contractor who did the job. If you can't come to a resolution that you're happy with, you may wish to lodge a formal complaint.

Consumer pack

Master Plumbers has developed a consumer complaints pack to help you through the process. The pack provides information about the Master Plumbers Guarantee and the Complaints Investigation Service offered to customers of Master Plumbers members.

The pack contains:
